Artist’s statement

I’ve often found in life that my moments of indecision have given way to great upheaval, both internally and in my surrounding world. During these crisis points, the promise of a beautiful outcome is not always apparent. In my art practice, I return to that place of impasse, as I pause, drift or resist along the line that constitutes the female form.

My works are principally a series of female nudes, using a variety of media.
